Insurance & Reimbursement
We strive to prioritize your journey by keeping the administration simple. While we do not provide direct billing, Registered Psychotherapy is covered by many extended health benefit plans. Following each session, you will be issued a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice Window Required
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. To modify your appointment, contact your therapist directly by email or make changes through your online Jane account. Click here to log in to your Jane account.
