I'm so glad you're here. My name is Mehek Chaudhry, and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), dedicated to creating a calm, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work collaboratively with children, teens, adults, and families, honouring each person's unique story, pace, and needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, my intention is to offer a steady presence and a space where you feel truly heard.

Before becoming an RP, I spent several years in mental health research, working with people from all walks of life. During that time, I had the privilege of contributing to projects and clinical teams at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and St. Michael's Hospital. This experience gave me a deep appreciation for the complexity of human experience and the resilience people carry, even in difficult seasons. It also strengthened my commitment to providing care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and grounded in current research.

In therapy, I bring together this research foundation with a warm, down-to-earth approach. I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and collaboration. My goal is to help you feel seen, grounded, and supported as we gently explore what's been hard and uncover the strengths you already hold. As a practitioner verified by Psychology Today, I am committed to working together toward meaningful, sustainable change that feels aligned with your values and fits your life.
